Covering a 20,000 ㎡ modern production base specialized in cable tray manufacturing, the company owns 12 full-automatic production lines and over 80 sets of high-end precision equipment. We have built a fully automated one-stop production system from raw material processing and precision forming to surface treatment, quality inspection and finished product delivery, enabling efficient and stable fulfillment of global bulk and customized cable tray orders.
Our professional production equipment is tailored for standard and non-standard cable tray manufacturing, including full-automatic CNC bending machines, high-precision laser cutting machines, punching & forming integrated machines, profile straightening machines and intelligent full-automatic cable tray rolling forming lines. The supporting equipment adapts to the refined and mass production of galvanized, fireproof, stainless steel and aluminum alloy cable trays, covering complete processing procedures and greatly boosting production accuracy and efficiency.
These advanced devices support full-precision processing including straightening, fixed-length cutting, bending, punching and integral shaping. Our finished cable trays feature smooth surfaces, neat edges and stable structure, with dimensional errors strictly controlled within ±0.5mm. The production system supports both mass standardized production and personalized customization of cable trays in various sizes and types, meeting diverse industrial wiring and engineering layout requirements.
For superior surface protection, we adopt German Jinma electrostatic powder coating lines and full-automatic hot-dip galvanizing & PE dipping lines. With intelligent temperature control and uniform spraying, the coating is firm and durable. Our cable trays pass over 1,000 hours of salt spray tests, delivering excellent rust, corrosion and weather resistance. They perform stably in harsh environments including high-salt coasts, heavy rainfall, extreme temperature differences and corrosive industrial workshops, ensuring long service life for indoor and outdoor projects.
Equipped with full-process intelligent inspection devices and digital production management systems, we implement strict quality control throughout all production stages. All products comply with ISO9001 and CE international standards. With a daily output of over 1,500 sets of cable trays, we can quickly respond to global bulk and customized orders. Automatic electrostatic spraying production line

Hebei Bendin Fence Technology Co., Ltd. is equipped with Swiss Gema electrostatic powder coating systems, including automatic and manual Gema spray guns, ensuring high-quality, uniform and durable surface finishing for all fence products.

With advanced Gema spraying technology, we achieve high powder transfer efficiency, strong corner coverage, fast color change and low powder loss, greatly improving both coating quality and production efficiency.

Daily spraying capacity: up to 2,400–4,800 ㎡
Monthly total fence production capacity: around 80,000–120,000 meters
